Vildana Hodzic has a Bachelor’s in English with a minor in Psychology from Montclair State University. She was born in Germany during the end of the Bosnian Genocide years, after her parents escaped Bosnia as refugees. In 2000, Vildana and her family moved to the United States where they were granted citizenship. Vildana plans to complete a Master’s degree in Psychology, and to pursue a Psy.D program in Clinical Psychology. She hopes to help people with any type of mental illness, and to become an advocate for reducing the stigma associated with mental illness.
